The phlebotomist poked me 4 times even in my hands and couldn't get a draw. I've not been back due to my fear of needles.

Had to take my ten month old in for a blood test. It's hell. The very nice and capable phlebotomist was excellent at working with a nervous parent and a teeny baby with teeny veins.

If you have an infant I would never suggest going to this location. I had to go there for required blood testing with my baby, I asked the lady at the front desk before I got there how long the wait was. I told her I didn’t want to wait 5 hours since you can’t make appointments. I was genuinely just curious how long the wait was and if I should wait and go at a later time that day. She couldn’t tell me how long the wait was over the phone. When I got there people were there for optional studies, that were coughing and sneezing all over the place. Which with a small baby makes you nervous since again I was not there by choice. I tried to keep her covered while I waited. I probably really only waited 45 minutes which is okay but then when they called me back the lady who I had talked to on the phone started making fun of me not realizing I could hear her. Basically saying how ridiculous it was I thought I would have to wait and in all her time there no one has ever had to wait that long. She said “that’s the mom who thought she would have to wait 5 hours” and then was laughing with the other workers there. In my experience anything medically related there is always a wait and that is okay. I just wanted to know how long the wait was. I did tell her I could hear her and how unprofessional I felt it was that she behaved that way. She tried to apologize but honestly she should be reported for lack of professionalism. I caught her name, her name was Pat. No one should be treated that way. Anyway don’t go to this location if you have small babies.

After having an awful experience at the James Casey location…the staff at this location made up for it! I called last week and spoke to a supervisor who was extremely helpful and then today when I brought my 2 year old in, it was an extremely positive experience. The ladies who helped us were very patient and sweet with my daughter. Highly recommend this location!!
