Reactic Restoration performed a mold remediation project at my rental property few weeks back. My tenant was highly concerned but they managed to deal with her delicately, complete the project in a timely manner, while keeping everyone around informed.

Tomer and his team did an excellent job on the restoration of our bathroom and surrounding areas after a water leak. I was particularly impressed by Tomer's frequent updates. Even when he wasn't onsite, he was extremely responsive to any questions and communicated status updates to us frequently. The quality of the work was excellent. I am very picky and Tomer made sure I was completely satisfied that everything had been restored perfectly. If we ever need restoration help again I would immediately call 911 Restoration.

Oran from 911 Remediation did a great job. He worked with my son, while we were on vacation and by time we arrived home, his part of the work was completed . I would highly recommend Oran .

Our San Francisco home foundation shifted over the summer causing a pipe to break in the center of the house. Daniel from 911 Remediation came out very fast to start the drying out and cleaning process. The techs were considerate of our home, very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. The headache of a home repair was easily relieved with their help. Thank you Daniel and the 911 team!!!

You should always seek out the help of a trusted water damage restoration company. There are a few things you can do in the meantime while help is on the way: 1. Getting Rid of Excess Water 2. Drying 3. Stay Safe
Your home's structural stability may jeopardize if the damage to your home did not address immediately. In the presence of water, there are many significant reasons why you should not ignore the water damage to your property. The first common reason is that the wooden structure of your walls and floors will continue to soak up moisture, eventually spreading throughout the home. If you plan to sell your house in the future, water damage will also lower its value. Another critical reason is that your electrical system may be rendered useless. Finally, hazardous bacteria and microorganisms can make you and your family severely ill.
It has the potential to depreciate the value of your home. Water damage corrodes pipes, damaged ceilings, and wreaks havoc on your electrical system. In addition, it weakens wooden floors and walls and deteriorates drywall. Most importantly, it contains potentially harmful bacteria and microorganisms that can make you ill.
It is advisable that you stay away from black mold spores until they have been removed from your home. This will prevent them from causing long-term health issues.
