Bait and switch: offered a container and delivery, then doubled the delivery price after we already paid them in full. They keep apologizing for “the inconvenience”, but I don’t think nearly a $1000 increase is “inconvenience”.

Conexwest is the hands down best shipping container company around, with their dedicated years of service I was able to my my fish aquarium back across country with me to my new home, I need to move my aquarium with me back to Massachusetts and had no idea how I was going to do it, thank you Conexwest, my babies are with me and we are settling in just fine, They knew exactly what I needed within moments of me explaining what was going on, their containers never leaked and were durable, to say the least, I can’t wait to ise them again and thinks anyone needing large traveling or shipping containers should give them a visit

Orlena with dispatch had amazing customer service and had the containers picked up and dropped off as scheduled. The containers were in great shape and insides looked practically new. Overall I am very happy I chose Conexwest.

We fully paid for a container in March 2021 and were given a ship date of April. That time passed and the salesman said that they are unable to give a ship date and that they don't even return his phone calls. At this point our organization, Willits Daily Bread has been ripped off for $11,366. Do not do business with these people!
