Always liked the Italy trucks stops. Always a stop on my way to & from Dallas. This loves is well maintained, managed, decent parking (both big rig & four wheeler). The staff were friendly and from what I could tell very patient with a very trying customer that wasn't being very professional towards them for not very good reasons. So their customer service is on point. They had alot of hot food out, clean eating areas and roller machines etc.

Facility was standing with zero coffee creamer in sight, such a sad day. If you like your coffee dark, you’re in luck, stop and enjoy! P. S. “four wheelers” (people) bring your own coffee creamer; unless you’re a trucker that carries their own creamer in the truck, enjoy!

Avoid this place, attempts to scam customers with false pricing. Half my items would not scan at the register which forced the cashier to yell out for the prices. One item was a bar of chocolate that did not come up when scanned so she asked someone to go check. She then tried to charge me 11.99 for the bar of Lindt Dark chocolate that is priced at 3.59 on the shelf. After asking her to please double check and pointed out the shelf price and other stores pricing (walmart 2.94) she was adamant they have the right pricing and even said it's because the chocolate bars are alcoholic. This statement is laughable as Lindt Dark Chocolate bars don't contain alcohol. Please stop trying to screw people because you can't keep your system functioning properly. I'll happily go buy the chocolate from Walmart for $2.94 instead.

We went slightly out of our way to this loves for use of the dump station. After paying, we were directed to 3 different people, with each one telling us the next was the person who could help unlock the port so that we could dump. We waited over 40 minutes for them to send someone out to assist, then went in again and found the manager, Joe. He came out and had no idea what the combination to the lock was. He messed around with it for a bit, and had to go call around to find out the combo. About 20 additional minutes before we were able to even start dumping. This exact scenario happened in January at a Loves in Lubbock, pertaining to buying propane. Loves employees should be equipped with the knowledge they need in order to execute services that they proudly advertise. Very disappointed, and way too long of a detour.
