If you're looking for good service don't go here. I've been here three times and each time has been horribly slow. The last time I was waiting 30 minutes when it wasn't that busy. One time I was the only one there and it still took 10 minutes. The food isn't even hot and fresh, it's not old, but you'd think if you're waiting that long it'd at least be fresh. The staff aren't friendly either. I'd give it one star but the food isn't horrible, just not worth it. Save your time and go somewhere deserving

Service has gone downhill at this location. The food is good, typical Whataburger grub, but the service is extremely slow. The drive thru line is long due to slow service. I came in around 10:00 p.m. on a Friday night, only a few people in the restaurant and drive thru. I was able to order right away and got pleasant service from the cashier, the problem came later. I waited about 20 limited for my order to come out, meanwhile the young staff is laughing and gossiping. My bacon cheeseburger tasted good when it finally arrived, but the wait was irritating. The manager is nice and doing her best, but her staff are lacking. Parking is a challenge, as the long drive thru lines block people from pulling in or backing out of parking spots. Great physical location by Interstate 35 and Love Field, though.

This is the worst Whataburger ever. Wait times are stupid long. Drive thru takes 30 mins to get thru at 5:30 in the morning and there’s only 4 or 5 cars in line. When you order online to pick, they don’t start the food until you get there. Forget about curb side pick up. You’ll be waiting out there for 20 mins. When you walk in to get it the foods been sitting on the self, cold. I ordered for delivery as well and they forget the drink. It’s ridiculous. Tried putting in a complaint for a completely wrong order. Said they would refund me for what I was over charged, that never happened. I hope someone really monitors these reviews and management or executives see this and maybe do something. This store needs some serious training. Starting with the managers that cannot run a crew.

I work nearby. I've tried coming into the lobby around 7:45 am, and it's always closed when they are supposed to open at 6 am. This has happened 4 times in a row. I will not return. I'd rather drive further out of my way

The drive-through is the place where you get the food through the window hole in the side of the building. Sometimes when you go through the window hole you get shafted a little bit, but that's okay because you didn't have to go inside and deal with people. So it's kind of like a trade off you know
