Called the store to place a to go order because the app was not working properly and the store manager said there was nothing they could do about it and and hung the phone up clearly they don't need anyone's business

I'm so done. The last 6 delivery orders from dominos in Orange, Va have been messed up. The pizza is never cooked all the way through and we have recieved several that look like they slid into the floorboard, upside down on the way here. They are also always forgetting sauces or drinks. I have called every time to let them know they need to do better. They don't care. I'm done. We ordered several times a month and will no longer.

I usually order online was a month as a spoil for myself. It's not a lot, but it's a treat I can afford for myself. Tonight, the app was not working. After building the same pizza 5x, I finally called to order, I'm on a tight budget, so the only way I can afford a pizza is using the offered coupons. When I asked for the coupon offered online, I was told that I could not get the coupon offered on the app because, get this, "the register doesn't have a button for that anymore." Wow. So they wanted an extra $10 for the same dang pizza because the dominos app wasn't working. The store would not honor there own deal despite the malfunction being an issue on Dominos end. Pizza carryout should not cost $20 and if YOUR tech is glitchy or broken, PLEASE HONOR YOUR DEALS!! Absolutely awful customer service by the staff and the manager.
