I’ve never before felt compelled to write a negative review on a fast food place but to spare you from the living headache that is this establishment, here I am. Made a mobile order and when picking up in the drive thru was told to make an ILLEGAL u-turn into oncoming traffic, park, and come in to get it as it ‘wasn’t ready yet’. HOWEVER upon managing to make it into the building, the order was barely even warm?? After driving away I discovered that not only was there cheese on the tacos when the order clearly said fresco style for everything… but they also didn’t add any napkins or any of the requested sauces??? The tacos and burritos were wrapped awfully spilling all through the bag and mixing with the cinnamon twists. Seriously skip this location. More like Taco Hell 👎

very long wait constantly....i. any day at any time ..... and time ..... the employees are unfriendly ... they don’t even say hello and don’t look at you ...... they are dissatisfied .... they work at random there are a lot of people there but to no avail no .... they don’t check orders and bad packaging ... you always need to check behind them and ask for drinks or something else in general, they still work with a favor 👎👎👎👎

This place is a joke. They get busy and fall apart. I had to drive away because after using the mobile app and trying to pick up in the drive thru, they couldn't make my order while I was there. I was asked to wait inside the store for my order. Thoroughly unimpressed with service.
