Most of the workers just waste your time and don't want to help you with your order. But the food was okay even though I asked for my avocado on the side and still got it on my salad.

I called to place a order of two tacos and the lady says “sorry but give me one second” she proceeds to leave me on the line for 15 mins finally I arrived and I told them I tried placing an order over the phone I look down and see the phone just left near the register. Mind this I’m still on the phone while I bring it to their attention. I feel like they do this quite often expecting customers to call and then just hang up after waiting too long

I would expect Jack in the box to mess up my order but not Pollo Loco. Its sad people are illiterate. I ordered 2 strawberry lemonades one large and the other regular. Also ordered a regular coke that i never got..instead i just got 2 lemonades regular size. I was going to call and complain but i didnt see no point..
