The people who work there are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I got a letterbfrom the IRS and he was a VERY LARGE MAN, who was upset he had to break a sweat to walk across the room and all he said was " Not a damn thing I am going to do about it", I said someone else is claiming my daughter..he said "So, not a damn thing I can do about it". I askwa to make an appointment. He said No. SO AWFUL..HORRIBLE!! WHAT IS HAPPENING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! USELESS TO HAVE AM OFFICE IM YAKIMA. CLOSE IT DOWN. YOU'RE WASTING OUR TAX PAYING DOLLARS ON THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE!!

Me and my dad were treated very poorly by the staff there. The agent working didn't give us any answers to the questions we were asking. When my dad asked If he could speak to a Spanish representative we got told to leave and make an appointment instead. Very disappointed in how they choose to treat people here
