The service is great here, unlike the one on Las Tunas, and the one on Commonwealth. The other two were rude. It made me stop eating El Pollo Loco for a while.

Yesterday we when to pollo loco on Garvey, Rosemead. The chicken had a bad odor, I try not to think about but we got sick. Be careful food gets spoiled easily with this heat. Weather affects the time food maintain freshness. Avoid places like this where they don’t care about the time food has been exposed to inadequate temperatures. 🤮 I’ll never come back here.

Just here to say that ordered a 3 piece meal (leg and thighs) Flavor good as usual, but today, pieces were too small. I don’t know why Pollo Loco does this sometimes. I eat there very often in different locations around LA county because I like it and I like to eat healthy but quality control fails sometimes. These small pieces shouldn’t be delivered to the restaurants.

It's 9:24 and still half hour to 10:00.... my family & I traveled nearly 25 minutes to dine here at a different location just to see these two guys in the restaurant close half hour early..... What a bummer. GoodLiving did get chicken at YOSHINOYA.... but no tortillas. 🙉🙊🙈 GL🌳🌴🌲
