Very ,very Unprofessional and rude young lady in the drive thru, the gentleman at the evening shift is always cool, and always gets it right, and repeats the order before you pay, I know times are bad ,but you just can't hire anyone, some people are not good at dealing with the public, and maybe they should be cooking or cleaning, very sad to see someone with that attitude dealing with the public. DO A BETTER JOB AT HIRING PEOPLE AND PUTTING THEM IN THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT AWAY FROM THE PUBLIC

Assistant manager kind of bothered why someone came in the door I ordered a chicken club sandwich did not look like the picture tasted okay, hope she gets a better attitude and make sure the food looks like the pictures that you advertise very important.

THE SERVICE IS REALLY GETTING BAD AT THIS LOCATION. I ORDERED A SALAD WITH BALSAMIC AND CHICKEN ON THE SIDE. I GOT THE CHICKEN ON THE SALAD AND RANCH DRESSING. NO BALSAMIC. THAT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME. SATURDAY MARCH 12TH AROUND 3:30 WAS THE MOST RECENT.

Super slow service. Place my order online to avoid waiting got to the place to pick up had to wait on the Drivethroug to pick up my order. Once I got home the order was incomplete. I called the store the "manager " told she was super busy to help me... oh well. What do I expect from Jack in the box....
