My now-husband and I were looking for an outdoor venue that could host a wedding for up to 200 people, and we were so lucky that we found this place. It was everything we wanted and more. The trees, foliage, grass and buildings were all pristine. We were at the Bridal Veil Venue and were impressed with the pavilion area. It had open spaces inside and out, and room for kids to run around and have fun. In addition to the flawless features, the property manager, Cyndy, is perhaps the most professional and reliable manager in this space. She always promptly returned calls and texts, had clear, concise instruction and direction and was beyond friendly. For anyone planning a wedding, all of those things are essential. There are many more bonuses to this place, which include: Use of chairs and tables (included in the price of the venue, not an "add on"), trail access to the Gallatin River, a staff that cleans up the chairs and tables and puts is all away the day after, a stunning ceremony area with a charming white gazebo, a fire pit, horse shoe pits, and adequate bathrooms. We could not have been more pleased!

This was the most beautiful venue to have our rehearsal dinner as well as ceremony and reception! It was so great to have for three days as it allowed all of our friends and family to take in all the gorgeous aspects of the entire venue. We received so many compliments on how amazing it was especially since it could handle any type of weather. It was hot, and the cottonwoods provided shade, it rained, and the bar and all our guests fit under the pavilion, and the treehouses were so great sleep and to get ready in. Cyndy, the manager is so helpful and always there when you need her! I would highly recommend this to anyone planning a party or especially a wedding! It was absolutely perfect!!

I've started here for two nights in the Cardinal treehouse with my girlfriend, and it is an amazing cabin. Very romantic, lovely layout and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in - I'm not kidding, the bed invites to cuddling and sleeping in like no other. We had all windows open (except for the almost invisible bug-net) at night for our visit in the beginning of June, and you can here the Gallatin River in the distance, which is very nice. In the mornings you wake up to the sound of birds chirping, which is very calming ❤️. The hostess, Cynthia, is an absolute angel in terms of service and hospitality - her level is rarely seen. Very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas, sweet and lovely and she made us really look forward to spending two nights here. The treehouse we live in is lovely, and very cozy and romantic inside; a lovely getaway. The place is a bit close to industrial properties though and the grounds isn't as idyllic as I had hoped, but that aside; it's just what we wanted.

I find it rather insane to give this beautiful and well-taken-care-of venue anything other than 5 stars. I just had my wedding here this last weekend and it was the best decision ever! This venue is amazing and so are the people who run it. As long as you leave the venue the way you find it, there is no problem! The staff is on call for anything you might need. We mentioned that some electric candled were out of batteries and the staff was over at the venue with new batteries in no time. You choose your own DJ, caterer, and photographer. You get to have whatever say you want in all of your vendors. This venue doesn't make you choose certain vendors which was pretty awesome. We had complete freedom and complete privacy. If you want to have your wedding someplace where your guests never stop talking about the beauty, and if you want the most gorgeous background in all of your wedding photos, book your wedding at the Gallatin River Hideaway. Conveniently there are two huge cabins right next to the ceremony for your wedding party to get ready in. All the wedding party had to do was walk from the cabin to the venue. This convenience was very important to me and I know it is important to a lot of other Brides!

Our address is 135 Hideaway Dr. Bozeman, Montana..... we are located 1/2 mile west of the four corners intersection on Norris Road on the left. We have 2 entrances approximately 600’ apart. GPS navigation and Google Maps will take you to our Creekside Entrance which is the cabin access entrance. Turn in at the large stone pillar archway that reads Gallatin River Hideaway 1 for Creekside Venue & all Lodging, or Hideaway 2 for Bridalveil Venue. During wedding season there are 2 tall flags that read “Creekside” or “Bridalveil” at the entrance of each venue.
