Absolutely atrocious. I have never eaten at a worse restaurant. Do not eat here. We just left and 1 of us feels sick, the other 2 feel gross. 3 people and we paid $140 + $20 tip. (Because of inflation we don't want to be a**holes) We did complain about the food, nothing was taken off. The food was stringy and undercooked. The photo was taken after we tried to eat. Our server said she was new but she was fine. The only thing edible was the garlic bread, it was actually pretty good. *EDIT* I looked at the receipt later and they actually did take off the meatballs that we complained about. Which means it would have been $160 plus tip. (Yes, $24 for an appetizer with three (albeit very large) meatballs)

Bring your appetite cause those portions are nuts!! The atmosphere is amazing and the food was perfect. I had great customer service with the perfect balance to attentive and allowing us to enjoy our experience. It IS loud both in sight and sound....so if you're prone to sensory overload you might opt for carry out.

Delicious, Fresh pasta, family portions that don’t disappoint. Family atmosphere that screams Italian family home. Friendly staff, hot fresh food cold beer and a full bar. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Will not be disappointed.

I brought my bachlorette party of 9 for dinner on 10/16. We had a great time, but feel like our waiter, Hercules, was not fit to handle our party. My debit card was charged incorrectly and then attempted a second time for what we thought was the correct price. My bank then flagged my card for fraud and it is locked until Monday. Looking back at the menu this morning and I am not sure that we were charged correctly for the meal altogether. The food was amazing, but service was less than desirable.

Yes, it's wheelchair accessible from the rear parking garage.
We recently was able to make a reservation for 12. I would just call and ask
Great place for food and atmosphere, restaurant is totally underground and there is a parking structure behind it ,which gives easy access to the restaurant , since there is an entrance from the garage. They are famous for their half pound meatballs, when you order spaghetti, plenty of food for two...that is the small serving....great place for any occasion.

Bucca litterally has it's own parking lot behind the restaurant. There is a elevator there that will take you straight down into the restaurant!!
Personally, I would recommend you use the OpenTable app. If you have a smartphone that is, it's highly useful for reservations. It's practically all I use when trying to make reservations at Buca di Beppo's, it's easy to use and it doesn't require you to talk to people! I believe there's a link to it on their page even if you try and make reservations online.
