The staff has consistently been helpful, attentive and nice for years. Biggest gripe is the lack of stock on hand. Almost anything im looking for is "available online". Defeats the purpose of a retail visit. I can order stuff from home in my PJs too. Sometimes you just want to come home with what you're intending to purchase. Last 4 visits I came home without purchasing because nothing I wanted was in stock.

I have been a pro member of gamestop for roughly ten years now. They used to have fantastic customer service, and the staff USED TO be very knowledgeable and helpful. Now it seems like if you calm them, they seem bothered. If you need information on a product, they are very uknowledgeable, and seem like you should already know the answer. The customer service is poor, the environment's morale is highly lacking, and I think I will take my business elsewhere if there are no improvements.
