The staff at the Pine Lodge were amazing. Amanda and Shane went above and beyond helping with our needs . This is our fist time staying here and we quite honestly we loved it. The room was very clean and had everything we needed to cook with also it’s walking distance to San Isabel Lake where we caught 6 trout . Thank you Amanda and Shane for a great time !!!

We stayed in cabin 14 and ended up leaving earlier than planned. It was roomy and the furnishings were fine. The couch was a bit worn (like tearing). There were two trash cans in the kitchen, one of which was in the cabinet. It was totally full when we got there so it made it smell right off the bat. The shower seemed to leak under the floor boards, so there is some kind of plumbing issue. After one person showered, you could hear squishing under the boards. And then it leaked up around the door jam. It was like walking on a raft. Very weird. But, it also added to the slight hint of mildew. Now, I personally don't care about WiFi, but my kids did. This particular cabin is too far from the main lodge to get a signal. So, privacy is good, but you can't get any kind of signal unless you go to the lodge. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great. Overall it's clean and nice. It served its purpose for us. I used to camp in our pop up when the kids were little, so my standards aren't super high. but, as I get older I think I prefer more creature comforts. There was a small TV with only VHS tapes. I think that's a little too rustic for me at this stage, but again, for those who don't need that sort of thing, it's fine. It does have heat for colder nights, which is good since we always have fire bans happening. If you want to read, you might want to bring some kind of light since there weren't many options to get focused lighting if you're in bed or on the couch. I didn't use the kitchen much. It seemed to be stocked with basic items.

Stayed in the "Pine" room. Clean, fully furnished, nice aesthetics, more than everything you need in terms of kitchen amenities, convenient, informal check-in/check-out process, good location to visit several major State Parks with some driving. As a previous reviewer said, just make sure to bring your own movies, as service will be spotty up in the mountains. Big props to the management - they bulldozed snow away from our vehicle for us at our request. Great experience overall!

Stayed here for a family get together. We rented 4 cabins and they were all perfect. They were clean, bed's were super comfortable and came equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pans, utensils and extras like salt, foil, trashbags etc. We had a great time and management was awesome to work with. I would highly recommend.
