KBBQ- K for KRAPPY! Upon driving in, one is welcomed by a very architecturally distinct and cute entrance. Unfortunately, that is where the charm ends. We were greeted at the host stand with blank stares and no words. We were given a cup of water that held 2oz. We ordered the prime beef that tasted as if the poor cow lived the most miserable life a cow could possibly have. The meat had no flavor besides sadness and despair. They didn't even give us salt to season or give any semblance of flavor to our poor departed cow friend. My girl ordered $31 worth of kimchi, the soup and the pancake. The pancake looked as if it was once soup, but they forgot about it and it hardened and they decided to sell it. Our server was really nice tho.

As far as Korean food goes, this is the golden standard. I have been coming to Shilla for decades. I regret to say the menu has americanized a bit but it is still very good. I miss the old bbq's and the noodles you would cook in the grease trap.
