The process was easy - just remember to bring your credit card. Options for vehicle were great. We didn't have any issues but we recommend you be thorough on your pre-rental assessment for any damage the vehicle may already have.

staff very knowledgeable. Reserved a tab 4 but got a Ford Explorer instead and the Ford Explorer is much larger and much nicer for the same cost.
