I’ve worked for WF in retail banking, and in central sales. As I write this, I’ve spent 25 minutes in the drive through, the teller was unable to deposit my cashiers check, and then 5 minutes to return my items. Literally the worst experience. Go anywhere else.

I once gave this location a 4-5 star rating 5 years earlier and I am siding with the negative star reports from other reviews I have read about it and based upon my personal experience with the service I have been given by this branch. The owner has given 5-10% effort to make this location the number one bank to stop at, they also have failed to address the issue of being able to reopen their lobby and I won’t forget the great employees that once worked who made a difference and whom went above their potential before this went further down south. I have no doubt this company will not only fail further down the road, and the owner will likely not care about the lack of services they have provided. But hey, they decided to care for themselves over than caring for customers.

This bank is a total train wreck! Customer since the early 1980's and my online banking is total mess, the name on my account is incorrect, I can't order checks, it says I have no debit card yet I have two, it only lists my main checking account — no saving or Wellstrade when I log in to online banking...Deposits get returned because they have the wrong name on my account leading to fees that they handily collect. WHY EVEN BOTHER HAVING AN ACCOUNT IF NOTHING WORKS. LEGAL MATTER IN 3....2....1.....

Rude employees. I went here with my daughter as she needed to do a withdraw for cash as she banked here. Why I don’t know. I’m sure after today she will find somewhere else to bank at. She didn’t even take that much out of her account and they guy working couldn’t figure out how to get her money. After she explained to him like 10 times that she was withdrawing the money from her account. Which she provided the account number, bank card and a I’d for he still didn’t understand the concept of withdrawing money from ones account. He keep telling her that he. Couldn’t give her money because she didn’t give him cash. Why would we need to give him cash when the money is being withdrawn from an account. The money was in the account she just needed to take it out. Then some lady working walked over from behind the counter and told her that next time she needs plan better at coming in because they have actually customers and she was taking up to much of their time. My daughter is a customer. She didn’t up their time your employee did by not understanding how a withdrawal works. If you can’t understand how to do this or how it works you shouldn’t be working at a bank.
