This place is much better than forest city! Much cleaner! It's a little out dated but not a big deal. The only complaints I would have is the fact that theres 4 out of the 8 dryers that work a d when you set the top loader on hot water or warm its pretty much Cold.

As I own the establishment and use it the equipment is maintained and kept clean. We are always asked by patrons to purchase the laundromat in Forest City.

I can't give negative stars so one will have to suffice. My daughter made a phone call to this business asking if they're was a/c, because it's hot today and no one wishes to sweat to death while waiting for their clothes-- I instructed her on what to say but she's young and didn't follow through, asking blatantly "hi, do you have air conditioning?" I am not sure how the owner responded but by my daughter's reaction it was clearly not politely and my daughter hung up and left the room in tears stating "we are NOT going there!" The woman called back but I couldn't answer because the home phone had died, and left a message threatening to report us... And complaining of 'tying up her line'. Completely uncalled for. Whilst looking for another phone to call her back on, she called AGAIN but with her number blocked- assuming to see if we'd answer- and I did, because something told me it was this crazy woman. I told her that yes my daughter called her, she wasn't "playing games" she legitimately wanted to know if the place has a/c and the woman didn't care what the reason was for calling, and could only focus on the fact that my daughter didn't 'identify herself' and then hung up after the woman accused her of pulling a prank. I told her she was RUDE and should try being polite to people who inquire about her facilities but she didn't seem to hear it and continued to talk over me. I'll never use any of her services and if anyone needs reporting, it is her, for harassment.
