Terrible experience here. The owner Michelle is extremely rude. My dad called to ask if he could bring his dogs but got their voicemail. She left him a message in return which we still have where she says YES we allow dogs. She goes on to explain the rules for dogs and that there is a $5/night charge per dog. That’s it. My dad showed up with his dogs and she kicked him out saying no dogs allowed AND charged us the full stay $390. We played the message back to her and her response was that we didn’t ask the question in the right way. We should have been more specific and asked, “Do you allow dogs in rental campers?” and not just, “Do you allow dogs?” The worst part is that I can’t get ahold of this woman. I called the office phone and her cellphone and she never answers. The only way she will communicate with me is by text message. There are WAY better places in the area to stay. I highly recommend booking someplace else.

We always have such a blast when we come here. I highly recommend the group site for camping. The creek is clean and great for young kids to play in. Michelle does a wonderful job at making sure this campground is clean and family friendly. There are some people who have seasonal sites here that put on fun activities for kids and adults.

We were at the campground on a Sunday through Thursday visit. I found this to be a nice quiet campground. We had four people in our group. My husband and myself, my adult son and his friend. The campground is a smaller campground with the nightly rentals in the "front" portion and the seasonal in the "back" portion of the campground. It seemed that the seasonal spaces were very spacious compared to other campgrounds I have been to. The nightly rental spaces seemed typical with most campgrounds as far as space goes. There are two playgrounds and two shower/restroom facilities...one in the front half and one in the back half. There is one laundry area in the front portion. You can use inner tubes and I think Kayaks for the creek on the premises. We did not use these features. The store seemed nice and like it had the typical things you might need from a camping store. The few other campers we chatted with were very nice and the people working at the campground seemed very nice. Over all I think it is a nice campground.

What a wonderful campground! I am so excited to have found this place. I'm hoping to have a family reunion there in a couple years.
