Takes a lot for me to complain, but this was ridiculous . I told the girls this is not the way it supposed to look. They disagreed.. Please start charging for half cups of nitro if your going to make pours like this. I also would like my dollar and change tip back. Thanks for ruining my day caribou .

I used to love this location. Did not mind the wait- it was worth it. That being said, the rude drive through service is another thing. I make a point to say thank you and tip - they work hard. The man at the drive through will NOT say thank you. He is rude EVERY time. At least they thank me when I go to Starbucks

I was bummed that they don't have pumpernickel bagels anymore. I also couldn't get lettuce and tomato on my bagel. They said it was because of covid but it didn't make sense that they were able to spread cream cheese on my bagel. If it was because of covid then they would have given me a single closed serving of cream cheese with plastic knife so I had to do it myself. Not gonna lie, I was disappointed.

This place is consistently delicious every time! The bagels are absolutely to die for, and the coffee never disappoints! Never had a bad experience with any employees there either! They have always been extremely nice and helpful! Keep going above and beyond, you guys are ROCKING it! You got my business for a long time!
