got 2 tickets for a scoop of ice cream. in the drive through they had me park they will bring out the ice cream. after over 10 min of waiting and 5 cars behind me leaving with food, I drove around again to the window. the young boy said sorry we will make it. them about 5 more minutes by the window and we finally got the ice cream. no napkins and one of the cup had ice cream all over it on the outside.

Waited half an hour after ordering in the drive though for 2 shakes had to go in and get them they were half melted on the counter pretty sure they forgot about them wouldnt make new ones cause they were now out of ice cream they said they didn't have enough to even fill mine so I paid full price for a half filled melted shake

The best of Culvers is the service. Always very friendly and welcome that make you feel like a fine dinning restaurant.
