were local. Of all the times we’ve been here, this has been the worst. horrible burger. stale dry bun. burnt bacon. wilted salad. dirty forks. something very wrong. w the pickles. something unidentified in pickles. Nice and decent staff. However After mentioning it to the staff they gave us a $58 bill. didnt ask us if we wanted refill on drinks while waiting 10 min for the take out we had ordered.

Went in tonight with some friends and expected good service as usual, it was pretty busy so we had to sit on the restaurant side. My friend asked for a drink and was brought the wrong drink, waiter seemed annoyed when told that’s not what was ordered and came back with the wrong drink again. When we got our food we had no silverware so we had to search the nearby tables for silverware, came to realize that dirty silverware was in the containers on the table. The forks had food on them still. We then watched the waiter put clean silverware into the bin with the dirty silverware. The waiter noticed our drinks were empty and still walked by us without saying anything multiple times. We asked for drinks on one occasion and we never got them. Our receipts also had the wrong food items on it, and the server opened up our receipts to check tip before we left the table.

This place is another of my wife's favorite. She absolutely loves their pizza, I do too - when we are not ordering it a couple times or more during a week. Last night, we decided to go there for dinner. Got there about 5:30pm. The place was packed. Luckily, we were able to get a table almost right away. She ordered a pop, mini corn dogs and pizza(half Hawaiian, half sausage) and I got a long island, pub fries with sour cream, and super nachos for my main course. The long island wasn't the best - I understand that not everyone knows how to make it how it's supposed to be made so I don't blame them. The corn dogs and fries were good - I was very slightly disappointed with my friend because the description on the menu said the pub fries were seasoned and they were not. I did like their seasoned sour cream. They brought my nachos out along with the other apps because I forgot to ask them to hold it for the main course, so I started eating. As I began to eat, I noticed that there wasn't much queso on there, I had huge pieces of lettuce and the shredded cheese on top was cold. As I continued eating it, I liked it even lesser. About 85% of my nachos were crispy, which is usually good, but in this case it was because there wasn't much queso in the dish. I didn't say anything because I'm the kind of person that won't return food to the kitchen unless something is horribly wrong with it. I kept poking at my nachos while we waited for the pizza. We probably waited for an hour before her pizza came. We had a great server - he kept checking on us the whole time and giving us updates about her pizza. Towards the end, she just wanted to leave and so asked the server to make the pizza to go. I understand that it was rush hour and that the restaurant was packed, so there would be some delay. But an hour?!?! It didn't help that they continued taking online orders, which backed them up further. It may be hard to predict but maybe have limited times for takeout on your busiest days so that you can service your guests in the restaurant in a timely manner? It wasn't just us, there were a few tables that were just sitting and waiting for their food. Our pizza arrived, we paid and left. Don't get me wrong, this is a good establishment, but I probably won't visit again when it looks busy.
