My hair is horrible, I should have asked to look at the back of my hair. My mistake. The person cutting my hair was shaking the entire time as well as she didn't know what a simple fade was. How do you cut hair for 12 plus years and do not know how to fade someone?

Very disappointed with a business I go to every 6 weeks to get my haircut. I always tip well (about half of my haircut cost). I checked in, as I always do. My estimated time was now down to 0. I arrived to see my name not on the screen. They asked if I checked in. I said yes - showed them my app (which now showed: Checked in estimated wait time n/a). Clearly an error. I was told, "no one is here if you want to wait a little bit, we'll get you in"... I waited 40 minutes and got passed up by 5 fellow customers (who arrived after me) that also had did the online check-in. Where, I then, decided to leave (due to how it was handled) and I will not return again. Very, very disappointed for a regular customer....
