I'm sooooo tired of this McDonald's messing up our orders! Every single time they literally forget something or give me the wrong thing. I have now received atleast 4 sweetened ice teas when I ask for unsweetened. I'm diabetic so I cannot drink sweetened drinks. NOW today I just asked for less ice in my tea (it was filled more than half way with ice) and she snotily said it is less ice and I said it's almost all ice?! And this was a manager!!! Than she said to pull forward, to that I said NO! There wasn't even anyone behind me! I told her that was really bad of her to talk to me so rudely. She did say sorry but it didn't seem sincere. They also Really mess up when I order breakfast especially. I have to unwrap and look at every single thing I order to make sure it's the right McMuffins and the right big breakfast etc. They have forgot the sausage on the big breakfast before and the hotcakes two times, and I could go on and on! Get better management or train the employees to check and double check the orders! They also don't speak very good English and have to get someone else to come talk to us because they don't understand.

This place got a lot better. There was a time I avoided this location because of the service and housekeeping. Now it has good, fast service and it's a lot cleaner looking.

Absolute worst McDonald's ever! I hated the service ever since day one but just terrible establishment. Never again. Quarter pounder with cheese you say? How about a quarter pounder with no cheese and mayo and tomatoes. Is that a quarter pounder with cheese? Not even close. Grilled chicken sandwich? Horrible sight to see. Need another fast-food restaurant to put this one out of business. Not to mention the person giving my food can't even understand what drink I'm missing.
