I've been a member of this Snap location for many years. During the past year, the owner made a number of changes that have greatly improved the facilities and operations. In particular, I'm impressed with the two managers, Lauren and Ashley — extremely friendly and professional.

When I started coming here after covid I was nervous. But the staff is super friendly and the owner is great!!! Very clean all the time and easy to reach staff whenever needed. Usually not busy so I feel very comfortable working out here.

DON'T JOIN! I would give 0 stars if this let me. There's been no management for months, and so it's not taken care of and is disgusting. Second, the owner will NOT return phone calls, emails, facebook messages and the like. I had to cancel my credit card just to get them to stop charging me, since the lack of management and lack of owner's response won't allow me to quit my membership. She's happy to take your money, but not your phone calls or emails. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Update: after 4 weeks, the Better Business Bureau informed me they also cannot get a hold of the owner. I'm not surprised.
