Keeping in mind that we did stop around dinner, but the service was terrible. The individuals who waited on us acted like we were putting them out to take our order, never even greeted us or thanked us. To make matters worse, we didn't even get what we ordered.

Could see right to the sandwhich prepper person in the lobby and he wasn't wearing any gloves; was touching the cheese and sandwhiches with his bare hands. Informed staff of health safety issue.

If you want your food to taste like dog food, then go here. They’ll omit half your order, and never answer the phone too. The place smelled like cat urine too, what’s that about? Disgusting. We threw out the food and went to Culver’s.

Very unfriendly staff, only 1 drive up lane & had to pull up and wait for my food but 12 cars behind me no problem? Employee comes out and asks me what my order was and waited another 5 minutes. Total time18 minutes. This franchise is the worst!
