Pulled in drive thru order food,the girl repeated my order back to me and when food was handed to me all wrong,plus the first bag this young man handed to me was a small fries it was wrong he ask for it back and according to health codes, once you are handed food, it can not be given back unless it is thrown out and they still screwed up my other,I will not be returning to that McDonals every again. B.E.

Manager was taking our order and she was just rude and sounded angry for no reason. The girl at the cashier with the nose hoop piercing helped us out she was very nice.

We got there 15 mins before closing we felt bad but was one of few options with crabby kids being on airplanes all day. Staff was awesome and didn't make it seem like we were being a hassle to them. Food was hot and crisp!!!!

I would give them a 0 if I could!!!!! Took 45+ minutes to get my food! They messed my order up really bad! I start driving away maybe 3 feet and I think I should check my food. I see it's wrong I try to back up, but the people behind me just sit there. So I end up going all the way around again in the drive thru. I tell them what's wrong they refund some money, but not all of it for the bacon. They did 2 slices not 3. I don't know where the 2 med fries came from. When they gave me my first order they had 2 in the bag. I only ordered 1 fry. After they think they fixed it and gave me my right order it was still wrong! I was like F this. I had to get going I was later to go babysit my Grandson. You'd think they would throw in a free meal card for all the hassle! Not a thing!!!!!! I will never go to the Circle Pines Minnesota McDonald's on Lake Street ever again! I give them a -100
