Build-A-Bear Workshop at Knott’s Berry Farm

It's was our first time walking into a build-a-bear. Our son had just turned 5 years old who is on the spectrum. Our concerns were the machine being to loud, and the environment being overstimulating. Cheyanne, told us we could step out if need. When it came to creating the bear, Jennifer was extremely patient with our son. Explaining step by step. She even brought us to corner to help with the overwhelming noise from the machine. Our son is non verbal and she talked to him like any other child which I highly appreciate. Thank you Jennifer for making this experience phenomenal for our son, especially for his first time in the shop. Jennifer, you're phenomenal! Thank you Cheyanne for checking us out at the end! You're amazing. Thank you to BAB staff for just being joy to our family and our first time experience 💗

From the moment that my wife and I walked in, we were happily greeted by Kat who was an absolute joy to work with! This was my wife's absolute first Build-a-bear and we were both ecstatic to find that they had just released Animal Crossing themed plushes. My wife picked a Tom Nook and Kat walked us through the entire process (from picking the sound, to selecting a scent for the plush, and the stuffing procedure) and was such a delight through the whole thing! She was filled with so much enthusiasm and had such a sweet soul that my wife and I couldn't stop smiling through the whole thing (it was like we were kids again! lol)!! If my wife wants another Build-a-bear in the near future, we will definitely be returning to work with Kat again!! P.S. Build-a-bear, you definitely need to recognize Kat for how amazing she is!!

Today me and my boyfriend went to this build bear around about 8:00pm I’m hoping of getting a longhorn turns out we were very lucky to get the last one. Not only have I been looking for this build a bear for a while it holds special meaning to me. It was bear created for our temporary long distance. The girls there made the experience beyond special and they were truly amazing ! Definitely a day to remember (:
