By all means AVOID this dry cleaners! I took my dress shirts, black jeans, and a few other items to this establishment to get cleaned. I inspected my garments and I noticed that my black jeans were extremely faded. When I explained to the cashier/manager who helped me, that my jeans didn't look like this when I dropped it off he became defensive. His response to my concern was, his staff didn't fade my jeans and there's nothing that he can do. My concern was not heard or valued during this exchange. The cashier/manager was condescending and extremely unprofessional. The customer service I received is a total embarrassment for this organization. After this poor experience, I will boycott La Mac cleaners until some sort of DEI and Customer Service training is provided for this location and organization. If you are looking for a good dry cleaners pass by LaMac. If I could give this location a lower rating I would.

I didn’t have a good experience with you guys at all. Ruined my sweaters and weren’t responsive in helping me by take out any stains or fixing the situation. Very dissatisfied

This place is amazing. I was just a first time customer about two weeks ago and was astonished with the quality of their work. Also, they make it feel like you have known them for ages and very personable; which is huge for me. I highly recommend using this establishment.

My first time taking anything to a cleaners and it was my wedding dress! I read reviews of many cleaners and decided to take my dress to LaMac's. My dress needed cleaning due to others trying it on at dress shop and having lipstick, makeup and dirt on bottom of skirt. GLEN was the best!! He answered all my questions and explained what my dress needed, the cost and how long it would take. I decided to leave dress in Glen's hands and would be back in a week! Well....the next afternoon I got a call saying dress was done...WHAT!! I was excited and nervous. My dress turned out beautifully! I couldn't believe it was the same dress I dropped off! Can't wait to show off my dress on my wedding day in August! Thanks Glen!!
