Went there because my crystal was hazy and my screw down crown would jam up the internals if it was screwed down all the way. I knew the crystal was probably hazy due to moisture being able to get in through the crown but I played dumb to see if he'd try to up sell me. He told me it might be the anti-glare that was applied on the inside of the crystal and said "let me check it out". I waited a few minutes till he came back and said, "Here you go. I just wiped it down and and shortened the stem". Honest, fixed it while I waited and very reasonably priced. He'll definatly be getting my future watch business. Plus, he services automatics.
