Was charged eighty dollars more for a repair than quoted. Bank charged me an overdraft fee since the funds I made available from savings for the repair weren't enough costing me an additional hundred dollars. Merkel's wouldnt consider any compensation.

Great shop. One of the big chain autoshops told me that my struts were blown and I had a $3000 repair bill. Took the truck to Merkl's for a second opinion and they told me that my entire suspension system is in fine shape. Great people and honest assessments.

Worst place to go for repairs. Rip off. They don't fix the problems, they go around the problems which in time makes problems even worse. Money eaters. Untrustworthy. Inconsiderate.
