Their hours are wrong, also, don't get there early. They say they open at 8, but that's not the case. They open at 8:30, and the doors are electronically locked until then. They will NOT come down to open the doors for you, even though they tell you to get there before your appointment and that's impossible. They expect their patients to be on time and keep their appointments, but they KNOWINGLY make appointments they can't keep and then won't do anything to keep them. Completely unacceptable. ****UPDATE*** The practice manager did reach out to my wife and I to let us know that in response to my complaint they reached out to their main facility and had them change the time the doors open, so that this does not happen to anyone again. As such I have updated my review to reflect this much appreciated action and response. Why a facility an hour away controls when this facilities doors open, and why they had not reached out to have this known issue fixed before my complaint I don't know, but I do appreciate that they responded to my complaint with legitimate action and resolved the problem. Our fantastic doctor, Dr. Le, also followed up with us, and the building manager in response to my complaint, which I also really appreciated, as most doctors would look at things like this as not being their issue, and not even address the issue or offer to help. That was definitely not the case here, and that makes me like Dr. Le even more!

When this place was pediatric partners there was better quality care for the pediatric patients. Office staff is unaware of what their policies are We'll tell you one thing on the phone and then when you get into the office will say another. I just once but multiple times. Their office is hard to find and their phone number does not even go to The office you need to call. Then when you 1st call you have to listen to English and Spanish without being allowed to make a choice and every number you hit the message starts over until you finally find out it's the # That will stop the time wasting answering machine they hand they have completely ridiculous unprofessional I don't think being a parent that anyone would take their children to a place like this knowing that there is a multiple reasons not too not just the office staff and thePhone number but the lack of care for the patient. This will be the last time I ever go to this facility I don't need to drive out of my way to come To a place where there is such a hassle just to be a patient it's not worth it and it definitely not worth the headache.

We absolutely love their doctors, but the billing department is just awful. Constantly billing incorrectly and don’t work with you to fix it, which is creating such a headache. Looking for a new practice that we won’t have hours of work sorting bills out after every visit.
