We spent 16 minutes at the window for a drink not prepared in a timely manner, nor is it prepared correctly. Nor was anyone sympathetic about the matter with an unsatisfied customer, no one apologized about the over flowing frappuccino Not returning

If you aren't satisfied go inside and express your feelings to the Manager. I've always found the Managers to be very responsive. And just so you know this isn't linked to the company in any way. We are just community folks who answer questions about the locations that we have personally visited. 🤠
