The one thing I liked the most about Pacific West Academy, is that they make you think, vs just shoot. It’s easy to run through live-fire drills and shoot 1000 rounds a day, but that only goes so far. PWA managed to give me some extra tactical knowledge I haven’t even thought about, mostly through the force-on-force part of the training.

Truly an amazing experience. I had some really eye opening experiences here and some really soul searching times. I couldn’t have undertaken this journey without the support of my classmates and the teaching of the instructors. I came out here to learn and am walking away with a great job. They don’t just teach you how to become a great executive protection agent, they also help you network and work on what you need to be successful in your career!!! I couldn’t recommend these guys more. Well done pacific west, well done!

I did not even make it through the interview process and I already have the worst impression of this training facility. Not only was my interview a 15 minute interrogation, but it’s like the interviewer completely forgot that I’m about to drop $20,000 on this training. It is me you were trying to impress; not the other way around. He even asked me highly inappropriate questions concerning my VA disability and I felt as if I was being criticized for not wanting to continue with the subject. The whole tune of the interview changed. At that point I had already made up my mind. This school does not have the students best interest in mind. It is strictly about financial gain. If you are OK with that then this may be the school for you, however I want better for myself. I want a school that’s going to set me up for success and give me the tools I need to thrive in the EP world. This is NOT the program for me. That being said, the young woman I spoke with was very nice and did everything in her power to answer questions I had and set up the interview process as quick as possible.
