I have a complicated genetic illness that causes a lot of issues and means that injuries that might be easy to heal and nonissues for anyone else, won’t heal on their own and are a big problem for me. I understand most medical professionals don’t come across people with what I have, however I’m really clear that I need to be put with someone who has experience with this, or my visit will be a waste of time. I was put with someone at random who was dismissive and really didn’t seem to understand at all how this disease works and more or less said it was all in my head. It’s lazy, abusive, and incompetent. What a huge waste of time and money.

This is an extremely knowledgeable physical therapy center. I was experiencing pain in my back, complicated by surgeries and playing tennis. The therapists problem solved, determining that it was my IT Band. They gave me exercises that I could do anywhere, anytime. I am so impressed with everyone. The front desk people take the time to assist you and care about you when it's your turn to check in, so be patient. My therapists deserve special acknowledgement: thank you, Dawn Grottke and Monique Werner.

I waited 5 weeks for an early appointment, and on the day I finally came in, they left me sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes only to tell me they didn't understand my insurance. All the time I had alotted for my appointment had gone by, and I had to leave to go to work without ever seeing anyone. Don't waste your time with these people!

It can be hard getting an appointment as they are very busy but Jackie is one of the best therapists I have ever had and I have had a lot of physical therapy in my life. The trick on appointments is to make them all as soon as you get the prescription. You will have to plan ahead. If this isn't possible then maybe this isn't the place for you.
