I walked in and made a appointment for the next day, comes the next day and she said that she didn’t remember makes a appointment for the time she told me to come in ( 4:30) so we had to reschedule…. I come back finally get in the chair when she finished my hair she told me it was $100 just for a wash, silk press and a cut ! I’m not complaining about the price but for that price you’ll think my hair would look that price WRONNNNGGGG !!!! My hair looked like I tried to give myself a silk press… My hair was frizzy still and the style was just two swoops! My Original styles only charge me $55 and give $200 worth look but she was booked! The shop smelled so bad! I makes my sister a hair appointment and canceled it before I left, I would never recommend.

My experience was amazing. The shop was very clean and all of the ladies were professional. I thought I could color my hair at home and I ended up creating a multi color disaster. My stylist was Johanna and she completely transformed my color and gave me the style that I wanted. She was very realistic on what was achievable and in my opinion she went above and beyond . Not only that ....... I am almost a month recovering from surgery and she accommodated me to the fullest and for that I am very grateful. It’s definitely true when you look good you feel good.
