Great Falls KOA Holiday

Called KOA in Great Falls was told they had a cabin rental available for our stay for the weekend. I Paid the one night stay deposit got a call next day 3:45pm telling me my cabin isn't available. Had to travel to this location. already had the Car loaded ready to go. Then was told it would be 3-5 days to be refunded! Be careful!!!! You might loose your reservation! Good thing for a last minute Hotel being available. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!

We haven't stayed yet, but we did a little walk about and the place is absolutely beautiful. Lots of stuff to do for the littles and the cabins look enjoyable! Excited for our stay in july! Reservations were definitely made :)

This is truly one of the best camping experiences we've ever had. The showers and bathrooms are very nice and clean!! Everyone that works at the koa has been super nice and accommodating. The sites are great, the views are spectacular. There's a ton for kids to do even a petting zoo. The best part by are the pancakes!

Unfortunately this KOA does not keep honest advertising. Paying the full price for amenities that are “seasonal”. Beware the “free breakfast”, water park, and hot tub are open year round. Pull through spots are very close and tight for even a small 5th wheel. Save your money and go somewhere with a good Sam or AAA price.
