Ned is amazing! He fixed my father in law's 40 year old turntable to brand new condition, quickly and affordably. When I brought it to him the turntable was slow and uneven, and the auto play didn't work at all. He fixed everything including the auto play so you can stack records and it will keep playing. I figured that would never work again but he fixed it. This turntable has so much sentimental value to my wife and sounds amazing now, so happy with the work Ned did! Highly recommend E. Ned is the BEST! I brought a record player to him that was a gift from a friend and he took his time to see what was the issue. Eventually he realised it was the cartridge and told me honestly that it wasn't worth it to replace it as it'd be half the price of a much better record player. And he had one that he had restored that I bought on the spot. Ned definitely cares about his customers and never wants you to spend money where you don't have to. That is rare to find! I highly recommend seeing Ned for anything you need. He'll definitely take care of you, is super kind and makes you feel like you've been going to see him all your life. It was definitely worth the drive from Los Feliz. I won't be taking any of my things anywhere else from now on. Ned is my go to and he should be yours!

Hi Thomas...without checking the set it is hard to tell exactly what the problem is. It could be something in the power supply..the main board or the panel. The best answer I can give you is :there is a 65.00 diagnostic fee to check and make sure what is exactly the problem.Once we know, we will call you with a price and if you say go ahead this 65.00 diagnostic will be applied to the total cost.
