I don’t know if I wanna go back to this one in particular. Ordered me Two chicken legs with a biscuit and a drank. They had no sweet tea or hot sauce which was cool I guess I live out with my favorite items with chicken legs. Anyways I waited literally 20 minutes and I just took my order and left. When I got Home I only saw one chicken leg and a thigh that barely had any meat on it. Was disappointed. I love Popeyes but idk if I’ll be back .

I Went to this place for the first time, only 1 person at front of me, a guy took my order, He told me that they weren't taking debit card payment and that I had to pay in cash, witch I did, Saterd with my order and he told me they didn't have bitskets. And that I needed to choose something else, and agreed to take extra chicken, I ask for spicy chicken and the guy told they didn't have it ready, so I agreed to take regular chicken stead, and he told me that the wait will be about 15 minutes, to what I said to problem, Only had to people at front of me which I thought it wasnt going to take to long, I waited 35 minutes, for my order, and finally a lady ask me what I was waiting for, so I give her my name, she grabbed my order and told me that it was going to take 12 minutes or more, because they had to cook my food, I told her that I had already waited 35 minutes when they told me 15, she smiled said sorry, and offered my money back, Wasn't rude at all, it's just that this people has no sense of urgency, no regard for their clients and the business, I don't understand how this place is operating, there were 2 employees in the back, just chilling and 2 at the front, taking their time and making people wait ridiculous amount of time, I wouldn't recommend this place to no one,

Worse restaurant. Always packed with people and the customer service usually is terrible. I do not buy but I'm a dasher and most of the time I reject orders from here except if they pay more than $15 because I know it's going to take a looooong time. Took me 1hr and 30 min to get an order... UNACCEPTABLE!

I got there after 9:30pm and order my food . They were out of some items but she made comparable changes to my order which was great considering the time of night . The chicken & sides were great and I'll try the beignets the next time around . Customer service was exceptional , Keep up the great work !!
