Clean store and a nice staff. Easily found the items I went in for and since there was no clutter around the toy section (a serious problem at other locations), I decided to spend more money on stuff I don't need. See how that works? Use this store as an example of how to keep customers

The store workers are nice and neat in appearance. Courteous as usual. The store had just received their shipment but,you were still able to maneuver around the store.

Dollar general always seems so dirty(including the bathrooms), the products on most shelves are completely cluttered or product is just thrown on the shelves. Customer service is not the best since you have rude and unfriendly cashiers with no motivation. Supervisors or other employees always seem to busy stocking when the cashier's line is too long and hardly ever come to help out which ends up leaving the cashier overwhelmed because customers tend to get impatient, get upset and leave their items in the basket somewhere in order to go somewhere else which also increases the cashier's workload because it is also their job to put all those items back on the shelves at the end of the day. More structure, more store hygiene and definitely an agreement that another cashier comes to help when then is 3 or more people standing in line at the only register open.
