Today was me and my son third visit and Stephanie has been the person to cut his hair at each visit and she does a great job each time. The salon is professional and clean, and you can't beat the pricing...oh and not to mention this Great clips is right across the street from our home so it's very convenient to take him over there for a last minute haircuts

I'm extremely disappointed, I've given great clips plenty of opportunities, since they've messed up my hair before, but this is horrible. I specifically told her what type of neckline I wanted, she even asked, so I figured, how nice, I'm actually going to get a nice haircut, but no. My neckline is uneven, she left hair in the wrinkle I have on the back of my neck(that's never happened before), and a large patch as you can see. I won't even mention the front, as she tried to get creative with it, instead of just following what was on the computer. Oh, and did I mention she only trimmed one side by the ears and forgot about the other one? Not acceptable. And to top it off she had the audacity to tell me to comeback again, that she works every Sunday! I know that if I get lucky I'll get the automated message from the owner telling me to contact blahblah@whateverdotcom, and nothing will come out of it, but this is for the readers, spend a couple more dollars and get a decent haircut.... Everytime. I'm out.
