I followed Southeastern’s Yorkshire Terriers for over 2 years along with several other breeders and after extensive research and communication with breeders I knew Anita was the one! I purchased my baby from Anita November 2019 and we love her so much. Anita was amazing!!! Beginning from the day I said I wanted Pyper she sent lots of pictures and kept me updated on her growth. Pyper was very well socialized, healthy, knew her name and should I say spoiled rotten when I bought her home. Anita diligently worked with Pyper and had her trained to the pee pee pad and she has not had an accident in the house. Pretty amazing! Pypers personality is outgoing, bubbly and she is one happy baby and smart too! Very caring breeder and takes pride in breeding quality Yorkies. She truly loves the breed and her babies!
