Worst customer service at gas pump but today Crackhead new girl with the long blonde hair maybe 50ish acts like a alcoholic going through withdrawals is THE WORST I'VE SEEN YET with other CUSTOMERS. So Rude, slapping the buttons, arguing with customers, shoving the nozzle so hard in our gas tank we literally felt the thump. Handed card back and said HERE and walked away. Thee most rotten customer service, best for her to get her last check handed to her so she can head on down to the local Saloon where she belongs. We pay your bills! We expect a smile and you get back what you dish out.

Most of the time more pumps are coned off than open. However usually cheaper than anywhere else in town

Called to speak to a manager because of a extremely uncomfortable situation I experienced with their staff on 6/29/22 with employee Arel, because he wrote down my license plate, something that’s never happened before at this place. I’ve paid the same way every time I’ve been at this establishment and it made me extremely uncomfortable. He couldn’t tell me about the “policy” and when it stated because I’ve never in the two years using this gas station have had my plate wrote down, ever. When I called to speak with the manager Rick, I was polite when I asked for him and as the phone is handed over I hear “customer wants to complain to you” and Rick comes on the line aggressive and defensive before I even had a chance to voice why I was calling. I politely asked why they would write down a customer’s license plate and he explains it’s always been what they do with a “inside transaction” along with the tone and impatience attitude I was receiving I informed them that I’m sorry my safety concern was such an inconvenience in their day and that I won’t be returning to the establishment. Anywhere who could be aggressive and rude to someone concerned for their safety, single female with a small child, that a man five times my size is now taking down my plate, with super creepy vibes coming off in waves from this man and then throw in he can’t even explain himself properly…. Disturbing they think I’m the one in the wrong. Needless to say I won’t be back Rick and Arel just cost you a customer with their poor customer service skills and creepy vibes

Best gas station shop in town. Pump staff is grumbly and rude, but the inside staff is so friendly and personable! Their beer selection is on point too!
