Ordered a 5 piece supreme combo with honey mustard, fries and a large ice tea an additional order of 6 biscuits. They didn’t have fries, some how they were out. Substituted that with dirty rice. About 2 tablespoons. They shorted me a biscuit. And the 5 they gave us were old, overcooked, and hard stuffed into the same box as the combo. And I didn’t get my honey mustard. You may be wondering, why didn’t I check the bag? Well, that’s because I didn’t go. My 76 year old father did. And they took advantage of him. He didn’t even get a receipt. I warned him to watch his bank account. And this review will also stand as a time stamp in case this becomes a legal issue. I will NEVER go to that Bojangles again. Maybe none of them. They’ve gone downhill as a eatery lately anyway.

Management was courteous and friendly. Service was quick. The fries had to much salt/ seasoning on them. Our sandwiches where delicious ( fresh lettuce and tomatoes). The chicken was crispy, juicy and flavourful. The only downside to the Bojangles experience at this location was that most of the tables weren't clean (house keeping issues).

I had always heard about this spot. Finally decided to try it. Everything in Charlotte closes fairly early so this was the only spot that was open. It was okay. I've had better chicken tenders. They were super small tenders as well. 4 small tenders for 9 bucks. It definitely didn't fill me up. The rolls were really good though.

Got overcharged the night before for 3 individual sides. Didn’t realize until I got home & seen prices online. How come I paid $10.35 for 3 small sides😦! That’s a waste of $6 !!!!! & no receipt was given to me. Came back this morning hungry before I went to my prenatal appointment…. Ordered a picnic green bean & scramble eggs. Found a piece of hair right on top of my green beans !! Came back to get it fixed …. Saw the ladies wearing no hair nets!! Just nasty … I don’t even wanna talk about it. Won’t be eating out for awhile!! ANYWHERE
