Brought my lady's engagement ring in to get a stone swapped for another stone. The guy(forget his name) REALLY loves his job, and it shows through his work. He's super nice and will speed up the process if time is an issue. $20 to set my stone.. I've got a bunch of other stones that need to be set on some jewelry. I'll be going back to him.

I dropped off a ring for some minor repairs, only some loose stones, and to buy an adjustable chain necklace. I came in today to pick it up, and was handed jewelry that hadn't been worked on in the slightest. They were trying to pass off unworked on jewelry, and charge me for it. I brought a magnifying glass, and I can DEFINITELY tell when nothing has been touched. I'm beyond angry, and will not be coming here again. That's not how you treat customers, and run a business. If you come here, inspect your jewelry before they charge you for the 'work' they've done, if they've even done any. An absolute scam. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'd give them 0 stars if possible.
