Beautiful place to live, inside and out! I loved how spacious the balconies are. It's hard to find an apartment with good outdoor space, but I had room for both a hammock and a hanging chair. Plenty of storage/closet space as well, and the gated access was really nice too.

Been living here for a bout 2 months and it has proven to be a great place to live. Tucked away from the busyness and really great for pets. Also super close to 96 to get anywhere in Wichita very quickly.

*edit* updating this review after living here for a year and a half. I still love living at Chisholm lake. The management has recently changed and I’ve had no issues so far. Maintenance is great and they are always willing to help out with any issues I have. The location is perfect especially if you have a dog or like to walk, as Chisholm lake is literally your back yard. The apartments are really nice and well kept up. Additionally, the community is great with friendly neighbors. We’ve never had an issue with noise. I would highly recommend living here!

Excellent maintenance staff, whenever I needed something fixed they usually come the next day. I live on the ground floor and experience spiders ,when I inform the office they send someone out to spray within that week. The grounds are kept clean. I lived here a year and is very pleased with the staff. I do have problems with the gate visitor box it apparently does not work with my phone company so I give my visitors and any restaurant delivery service my code to get in the gate.

500 deposit or at least when I lived there.. What does it cover... like... rent(?) So, that leaves us to: trash, water, recycle... you will have to pay for them... Hope this helps :)
