Was told when I called that my account was valid up-to-date and ready for use. I bought a set of tires and when it was time to pay they told me that unfortunately since it was inactive for some time that it was no longer valid. That's the old bait and switch I don't like it!!!!! I won't be returning to tires Plus or any of their affiliations if that's the way they are going to do business.

If I could give a negative star I will. I took my car to this place last January because my antifreeze was leaking. They diagnosed it I told me that they found a whole. I asked them if they are certain if that's what the problem is and they said yes. They charged me for the diagnosis and told me how much they charge to replace the whole. I gave them the green light to go ahead and fix it. They kept my car for one week without an extra ride. They said their reasons was they have ordered the wrong parts. Then when they finally received the right parts claimed to fix what their diagnosis saw. They charged me $400 plus. What's funny was, instead of my been fixed as their professional diagnosis claimed, they returned my with tons of oil dripping and my car started making a loud noise with heavy black smoke coming out from the exhaust. The problem that was never there in the first place. Instead of the so called certified professional mechanics with professional diagnostic tools fixed what they said they have seen, they return my car completely messed up 100% yet charged me $400 plus. When I asked what happened they said the individual staff who worked on my car did not come to work today. I told them I don't have any problem with anyone because I came to tires plus not to Individual shop. Then then threatened me with calling the police if I don't leave. I asked them to go ahead then because I need some answers. They were very rude after lying until I have to call the police myself. When they noticed that the police have been called, then now want to be polite and charged me for their fake diagnosis and returned my balance. I later realized from the second mechanic that the oil and water oil is now mixed up. In the middle of the winter the professionals left me with a broken car and lied to me about the diagnosis and stranded. I said this place is demonic. My honest experience and very disappointed one. Choose well

You guys need more people like Jeff and Ruben on your team. Jeff is patient, knowledgeable, patient and one of the best customer service professionals in the industry. Ruben is the best technician. Everything time I visit this place, I know our cars are in the most capable hands. Keep up the honest and wonderful hands. I can’t saw enough good things about your team. Give Jeff and Ruben raises!
