Terrible experience!! Very unfriendly, dirty rooms!!! No apology for the inconvenience of walking into a room that was not cleaned!! Beds not made, dirty towels, garbage, nothing sanitized! We chkd in at 1:00 and didn't return until 1130pm. They had all day to clean our room. He came to a full rolling boil when I told him I wanted a full refund as we were leaving. Do NOT STAY AT HOTEL ARTHUR!!! One Star is POOR!

Don’t let the outside fool you, the place is renovated and very nice. The room is clean, comfortable, and quiet. I had a very nice 6 day stay, will definitely stay again! Staff very nice, lady from housekeeping very friendly and helpful. A little trouble with the WiFi but there was construction outside on the lines, didn’t seem to be their fault.

Don't be deceived by the outside. They renovated the lobby and rooms and they look good. The parking lot and exterior need to be next on the list for an upgrade. The rooms and beds are okay. They could use a couple of hooks in the bathroom so you can hang up your robe or cosmetic bag. They could also put a few hangers in closet. The place was quiet. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Overall we had a nice stay.

Excellent service at the counter, even my cranky husband thought so. They were very gracious about an early check-in so we could get ready for a wedding. The room was clean and everything was as it should be. We thought it was odd that the air conditioner was running (at the end of October) but that was a quick fix and the heater worked well. The only thing that stopped me from leaving 5 stars is the fact that not only was there no coffee pot in the room but there was also no continental breakfast. Minimum of at least one of these and I'd probably leave 5 stars.
