Loraine is honestly the worst and most unmotivating instructor in the school. I corrected her on a few errors and she had a vendetta on me the entire time. One time during a face-to-face she came 10-15 minutes late and I explained to her that I have to leave at the time my face-to-face officially ends and she got mad. Then, the next day during class she brought it up again and told me to never talk to her like that again, I ignored her. Monica, on the other hand is a highly motivating instructor. I participated so much in his class. Sorry for waiting to post this review.

I'm wanting to let everyone know how well and professional the two councilors I had,William Shenke and Lee were amazing.William kept it straight and even had me stay after to question my sobriety in which when I answered him he saw that I in fact was truthful and that I just had a bad day at work .Helene,"Lee" was very caring and the people I met through both of these two amazing councilors I will always remember.I really enjoyed sharing as well as hearing other people's stories.I am super happy that I chose ECS and that I was in bothe William Shenkes and Lee's classes.Tha KS to both of you,Your both amazing.L,Jones

Lora McCammond is extremely unprofessional, rude and violates HIPAA laws for many of the participants in this program. Lora is not qualified to conduct classes or groups and should not be doing so alone. She should be supervised at all times as she lacks critical ethical values. Her supervisor Mustafa has done nothing to correct Lora's indecent behavior. I would recommend not attending this program and choosing other options as this has been an overall negative experience for hundreds of participants.

Very supportive to those whom are willing to accept the knowledge given. Staff does their best to help in any way that they can. Group and education teachers/staff are kind,informative, and truly want to see each person to do better so that they DON'T come back- they want/encourage people to make better life choices. For whatever your case be, there's always more to life.

I wouldnt expect it to be normal, however if the counselors are calling it is most likely a benefit (reminders, canceling face to face meetings, notifying of a time change for classes). If it is an issue i would speak with the front desk and inform them you are only available by phone at certain times of the day.

You can take the classes at this place. You have to go to court first and get the paperwork you need to sign up
It's right across the street from Boot Barn, and right next door to the Social Security Office.
Tuesday and Thursdays the hold the orientations to sign up for the classes
